- If you have an iPhone or iPad, go to Settings > General > About. Look for one of the following options:
- AVAILABLE SIM
- ESIM
- The name / label you assigned to your eSIM, along with IMEI or IMEI2 beneath it.
Please note the Digital SIM (eSIM) capability may vary based on the iPhone model.
- For iPhones 12, the IMEI2 is eSIM capable.
- For iPhones SE 3rd Gen, 13, & 14, & 15, the IMEI and IMEI2 are both eSIM capable. (The Straight Talk’s iPhone models 13 & SE 3rd Gen, only the IMEI2 is eSIM capable)
*Currently, we only support eSIM activation for these iPhone models: 12, 13, SE 3rd generation, and 14 and 15.
- If you have an Android device, go to Settings > About Device (or About Phone) > Status. Some devices have an extra step: IMEI information.
Note: You can also find your Digital SIM IMEI by entering *#06# on your keypad.
- If you have a Straight Talk feature phone, go to Menu > Prepaid > Serial Number.
