Call Forwarding is only available in select areas and on select handsets, your options may vary.

To set up Call Forwarding on your device, follow one of the options below:

OPTION 1

1. From the main screen, tap the "Phone" icon.
2. Tap the "Menu" icon, indicated by three vertical dots.
3. Tap "Settings."
4. Tap "Calls."
5. Tap "Call forwarding."
6. Tap the desired call forwarding option. Enter 1, followed by the area code and phone number where you would like to have your calls forwarded. Tap "TURN ON."
7. Note: If there is a phone number in the number field, delete the number and replace it with the desired forwarding number. Then, tap "TURN ON" or "UPDATE."
8. To disable Call forwarding, follow steps 1–5. Tap the desired call forwarding option. Then, tap "TURN OFF." Call Forwarding is now disabled, and you will receive all incoming calls on this handset.

OPTION 2

1. From the main screen, tap the "Phone" icon.
2. If necessary, tap the "Dial pad" icon. To enable Call Forwarding, dial *72, followed by the area code and phone number where you would like your calls forwarded.
3. Tap the "Call" icon. You will hear a confirmation beep. All calls will now be forwarded automatically, and you will not receive them on this handset until Call Forwarding is disabled.
4. To disable Call Forwarding, dial *73.
5. Tap the "Call" icon. You will hear a confirmation beep. Call Forwarding is now disabled, and you will receive all incoming calls on this handset.

1. Automatic backup of device data
2. Access to the Google Play Store
3. Access to Gmail email account
4. Access to Google Drive
5. Access to Google Calendar
6. Saved locations in Google Maps
7. Improved location accuracy for apps
8. "Find My Device" security feature

Please note that turning on your Wi-Fi® hotspot will disconnect your current Wi-Fi connection on your phone.

To turn your phone into a mobile Wi-Fi hotspot, follow these steps:

1. From the main screen, slide the screen up to display your apps.
2. Locate and tap the "Settings" icon.
3. Tap "Network & internet."
4. Tap "Hotspot & tethering."
5. Tap “Wi-Fi hotspot” or "Mobile hotspot."
6. If necessary, tap the slider next to "Use mobile hotspot" or “Use Wi-Fi hotspot.”

You will also be able to view and edit other hotspot settings such as your Hotspot's name and password.

To back up your files using your Google account, follow these steps:

1. Once you are signed in to your Google account, slide up from the main screen.
2. Locate and tap the "Settings" icon.
3. Locate and tap "Google."
4. Tap "Backup."
5. If necessary, tap the "Back up to Google Drive" slider to enable this feature.
6. Tap "Back up now." Your data will be backed up to Google Drive.
7. Note: If a message appears to back up your data using your phone network data, press "Cancel" or "Back up now."
