To turn your phone into a mobile Wi-Fi® hotspot, follow these steps:

1. If Wi-Fi is enabled on your phone, turn it off by sliding the top of the screen down to access the status down. If necessary, slide it down again to see more options.
2. Tap the "Wi-Fi" icon to turn Wi-Fi off.
3. Tap the HOME key to return to the main screen.
4. Slide the screen up to display your apps.
5. Locate and tap the "Settings" icon.
6. Tap "SIM cards & mobile network."
7. Tap "Hotspot and tethering."
8. Tap "Mobile hotspot."
9. Tap the slider to turn your mobile hotspot "ON."

To change the network name or password from the main screen, follow these steps:

1. Slide the screen up to display your apps.
2. Locate and tap the "Settings" icon.
3. Tap "SIM cards & mobile network."
4. Tap "Hotspot and tethering."
5. Tap "Mobile hotspot."
6. Tap the appropriate text field and enter the desired network name or password.
7. Tap "OK."

Google's "Find My Device" feature is automatically enabled when you sign in to your Google (Gmail) account on your phone. To use "Find My Device" for a lost or stolen phone, follow these steps:

1. From the main screen, slide the screen up.
2. Locate and tap the "Settings" icon.
3. Locate and tap "Google."
4. Tap "Find My Device."
5. Tap the desired option to locate your phone, then follow the prompts on your screen.

To set up "Face unlock," follow these steps:

1. From the main screen, slide the screen up to display your apps.
2. Locate and tap the "Settings" icon.
3. Locate and tap "Security & biometrics."
4. Tap "Face unlock."
5. Tap the desired backup screen lock method and follow the prompts on your screen to set it up.
6. Note: If you have already created a secure screen lock, you will be prompted to enter your screen lock credentials.
7. Tap "START."
8. Note: If prompted to allow access to your phone, tap the desired option.
9. Position your face within the circle on your screen and wait for the camera to capture your image.
10. When your face data has been added, tap "DONE" to complete the process.
11. Note: Tap "OK" after you've read the scenarois where Face unlock will be disabled.

To enable Bluetooth and connect to a Bluetooth device, follow these steps:

1. Locate and tap the "Settings" icon.
2. If necessary, tap "Connections."
3. Tap "Bluetooth."
4. If necessary, tap the slider to turn Bluetooth ON.
5. Tap the name of the desired Bluetooth device and wait for the devices to pair.
6. NOTE: If your phone does not display a list of available Bluetooth devices, tap "SEARCH" or the "Refresh" icon to search again.
7. If you are prompted for a PIN, refer to your device's user guide (a commonly used PIN is 0000) and enter the PIN. Then, tap "PAIR."

To set up a fingerprint scan, follow these steps:

1. From the main screen, slide the screen up to display your apps.
2. Locate and tap the "Settings" icon.
3. Locate and tap "Security & biometrics."
4. Tap "Fingerprint."
5. Tap the desired backup screen lock method and follow the prompts on your screen to set it up.
6. Note: If you have already created a secure screen lock, you will be prompted to enter your screen lock credentials.
7. Tap "Add Fingerprint."
8. Locate the fingerprint scanner on the back of your phone and follow the prompts on your screen to scan your fingerprint.
9. To add another fingerprint, tap "Add another." Otherwise, tap "Done."
